Building myself a beater/polo bike and now require a pair of (700c) wheels. Don't have very much to spend but a fixed wheelset would be lovely. Probably 35-40 quid absolute max on these, but the cheaper the better. Please do let me know what you've got!

Is the stem a pantographed Merckx stem? You might want to consider splitting and putting a different stem on? Might fetch a bit on its own. Very nice bike though, love Concordes. Awesome colour scheme.
