True. With Boyle at the helm there was a chance the franchise could put behind or even address some of the massive issues the character/stories have but i guess the producers don't wan't to rock the boat.

SKS bluemel olympic mudguards, one is broken short on the front end but you can still fit them and get decent protection, pretty sure i have some spare hardware i can include.
Azonic downhill stem, rad, rare, one of the steerer threads is gone so you'd need to get it helicoiled to use it safely or just put it on your shelf and marvel at it like i have.
Wellgo clips and straps, think these should be used with wellgo pedals but i'm sure you could bodge it

Spectacular over handlebars face plant this morning. Was slowing up as the car coming the other direction had decided giving the parked cars on his side 2 metres clearance was more important than giving me any space to comfortably pass through. Feathered the front brake and it felt like someone jammed a bar in my front wheels. My girlfriend riding behind said both me and the bike both left the ground it was so violent. BMW driver stops next to me and asks if he did something wrong? Can't really blame him for a mechanical but driving on the wrong side of the road has been known to be problematic.
Will CSI my bike this lunch time, don't need that in my life.

Nice find, will make a nice commuter for sure but i would love to see this put right with some cool period stuff, Flite, CODA stem, maybe even some ano parts.

Concor saddle, i have a lovely black one but it's too nice for this bike! Most neutral colours considered.Not looking to spend more than £10 on each item, would consider a cash trade on the Concor for my nice one.

Saw a guy on a very nice polished Synapse yesterday which i'm 99% certain had Ultegra 6700 or 6800 calipers on it, i thought you needed long drops or does a normal Ultegra caliper have enough reach? Not nearly as nice but i think it was this model in the link, anyone know what year this is?

Cool bike, If it were me i'd keep it, desticker, black seat post, black Sram X4, beater Flite, front rack and some shin destroying period MTB pedals, probably budget about £50.
Then maybe a rattle can splatter paint job but not before my parts matched up.

Frameset, cranks and wheels are actually pretty tired looking, i'll jam a ball bearing in the stem and pitlock the post as i gave her my nice Concor. It's getting a crusty basket so she can go plant shopping in SE London on the weekends. Once it's filthy it'll look like crap!
If it goes it goes but there's no sense in having a bike like this that took me very little time or money and not using it.

650c wheels, i'm guessing L.A cycles kept the longer wheelbase for stability but i might be talking arse. Fork gap isn't that tight it's just the photo, i'm on the hunt for some 28c Pasela's as there's plenty of space front and back. It's weird but it was cheap and it fits her perfectly.

Thanks dude, was a little surprised the quill adaptor with freebie stem/bars looked/felt better than the Eclipse/Monkey bars setup but it'll make locking it up easier!

Finally got round to putting my girlfriends weekend/lock up bike together, had to resist cleaning it up too much but there's a few nice bits from the spare parts bin.
In other news i've stripped most the nice finishing kit of the Argos in a bid to tone it down, also trying a few different setups for more chilled riding.
