Hi Guys
6 months ago I bought this frame from a well known frame builder (wasn't cheap) and just recently I've noticed a crack where the top tube meets the seatpost.
I took it to show the company and they have taken photos and told me to see if it gets any worse over the next couple of months.
It might just be the paint but the frame is only 6 months old and surely this isn't good and will definitely effect resale value even if it is only the paint ?
Still rides fine and no funny noises.
Do I make a fuss and insist this is dealt with?
Nic

*SOLD*
Okay I have no idea what to price this at.
There is a crack in the rear drive side dropout.

Now I'm thinking this could be replaced for say £70. So if I advertise this for £95 you could have a very nice Pinrallo Treviso F+F, Campag bottom bracket (very smooth), Shimano 600 Headset, ITM Super Italia Pro-2 Bars, pair of shimano 600 brake levers and front and back Tektro brakes for £165.
Sounds reasonable? Rides beautifully. No idea what to frame is made of, any ideas?... the bottom bracket reads Pinarello Treviso Italy and EE 127 ?
Seat tube c-t 59.5, Top tube c-c 57cm
If you want more pictures then give me a shout.

Bought this a few weeks back from the forum. Is a lovely bike in fantastic condition but starting another project and apparently we don't have space for all the bikes.
