If she was a player, maybe that would make me a sucker, but in every other area she has been utterly decent, thoughtful and reasonable. If she wasn't, there is no way I could stomach being decent myself without it eating me up....
Well if thats the case nice work. I'd have lst my rag which probably says something about me ( Dickhead). Depending where you are I am sure you can rustle up a bike to borrow for a little while while you decide on what to get next.

Just thought I would say I just got my hands on their Merino Wool Ride Jumper - Fits really nice, longer sleeves so its doensnt ride up when you are in drops, little canvas patches on the shoulders that stop your bag strap scuffing and a little pocket at the back. Its comfy and looks smart enough to wear out as smart casual at work I think.
Its really nice. I got it as a present. Until now I have never heard of them. Seems much less WP than Rapha and smarter than Swrve.

I expect your gf will tire of it much faster than you. In general that part of the coast is expensive but if there are normal working French there then there will be a place for them to eat local food at good prices. Ask locals where to eat and they will jump over themselves to tell you their favourites.

Hey, bit off topic - think you might want to repair an old courier bag for me?
Timbuk2 - Outer panel is starting to come unstiched. Inner waterproof lining is still ok. I just need it sewn up.
Its 15 years old and been all over with me and I dont really want to let it start rotting in the bottom of my wardrobe.
Worth an ask eh

Deregulation is where it all started.
The financial regulators and the goverment took the piss out of us and we meekly went along with it because we didnt know any better and were not included in the process.
Then it all went tits up and the goverment lent our money to the bankers to help them out and they have just started doing the same thing again and we'll probably let them and soon out houses will be worthless because its just a giant bubble and our pensions will shrink and we'll have to wait until we are 75 and if we dont die before then we'll have to eek out our final days eating gruel and shivering our arses off because we cant afford to pay our heating bills.
PS - did you know that wholesale power prices are the lowest they have ever been... there are powerstations stitting aorund idle because its not worth turning them on and there are still old people with no warmth.
sick as fuck
