Anyone got any good recommendations for whey (or other protein) powder?
I've never bought it before so not sure where to start. I'm after something unflavoured with as little chemical additives etc as possible.
myprotein stuff is decent, varying quality depending on price but its all over 80%.
Unflavoured is horrible though.

I need a pair of 9spd shimano compatible wheels. The RS wheels look the most likely but R500 -> RS10 -> RS20 -> RS30. The price increments are minimal and they all seem about the same weight, though weight probably isn't a concern at this price point? I'm lost, which should I buy?
£126.36 for the RS30 at Ribble so any other suggestions around that price?

So I used the fit calculator and the results are pretty much as I expected. 59cm top tube seems pretty standard, apart from a lot of seat post showing is there anything else to consider? Basically there are some cheap Dolan preffisio frames on ebay, 62cm c-t 59 top tube. Worth a punt or shall I keep searching for a big frame?

No idea. I would suggest using Parcelforce 48 to deliver it though, people will get turned off by a £20 delivery fee
