Where can one get this sweet Nitto rack?

I use the awesome T Bag, but a rack on the Brompton would be so rad.

I decided to watch Sharknado, since it has been sitting on the Sky+ box for a few weeks - total pants as expected.

Want to go see '2 Guns' but just can't be asked to get up and go out.

The Xperia M is out next week. 4" screen, Dual Core 1GHz processor and 1GB memory running Jelly Bean. Okay it is closer to £200 than £100, but then I can finally go sim only. The money I save over the contract will get me the new Nexus 7 with LTE.

I might be down for this ride. Should be interesting in seeing the places such great poets lived and worked.

Was messing with a new ROM version on the Xperia last night. After flashing it the phone has been stuck on the Sony logo. Its fixable, when I get around to it - so for today I'm using my Nokia 101 dumbphone, which is also my 'long ride' phone.

Was thinking I might pick up a cheap android handset under £100. But that is not as easy as it sounds is it. Recommendations please?

Rode the roller to work today, after it being off the road for about a month - still lovin it. There is enough of a difference between the roller and CC to justify having both!

Looking at the 'Tour of the Hills' no gpx file, wanted to get an idea of the elevation over the ride. Being a bit of a wuss.

^^ M&S Jeans are excellent for this purpose! If you go for the £20 ones they last a few months and they have Lycra stretch.

Yeah using Dropbox for public photos is a bit of a hassle. Flickr is just easier!

New crankset and drivetrain, plus new rear tire. Its like almost new!

So Brompton are shipping me a new crankset and bottom bracket under warranty. Yippee!

According to the mechanic my bottom bracket needed some attention anyway.I also got told off about my rear tire, which I planning to replace this month anyway. Apparently the chain and sprocket need replacing too, which is not so bad considering I do my own maintenance on the drivetrain every few months, and those parts are two years old.

RED2 on saturday night was pretty entertaining, the usual over the top action sequences. The wishy washy story and reasonable acting made it better than I was expecting. Mirren and Hopkins were both very good.

'Only God Forgives' - well the people I was with did not like it at all. I did warn them before going, they were going by the look of the trailer. I think that is going to catch a lot of people out this weekend. I got the feeling lots of people did not expect what they got.

Anyway I really liked it. I thought the visuals and sound were excellent. I totally get the Lynch inspired feel to the whole film other people have picked up on, but at the same time it still is different. The movie on the whole is quite violent and graphic, but well done. I still think I need to watch it a few more times.

Have agreed to go with the same friends to see RED2 tomorrow night, which actually might check their boxes a bit better.

It is US only. I like the whole customisation thing, and the nice thing having such a device in 4 days. But then perhaps we will get a standard black and white option models here at some stage.

Anyone seen any UK pricing for Jackery Air?

So I upgraded my Nexus 7 last night to 4.3 to only realise today that I needed to re-root. Thankfully if you have rooted previously then it is literally a 5 minute job. My wired controller is MAMEing and SNESing again.

This is in-line with my interests at the moment- I need a nice big battery.

Goal here is to keep it charging via Dynamo, then charge devices from the battery, both whilst it is being charged and afterward.

More on this would be good.

That is what I want to do. But rather than going with one of those expensive battery charger things. I would go for one of the cheap 10000mA ones of ebay for £15. Then do something like this MAKE project.

Saw Wolverine over the weekend. Was better than the last one, action sequences were good, story was ok. Plenty of setup for another one. A pretty watchable affair, better than expected.

I want to go and see 'World's End' but can't bring myself to do it. I really liked 'Spaced', 'Shaun of the Dead' and 'Hotfuzz' but since 'Paul' stank so bad. Will wait and catch the DVD.

Looking forward to 'Only God Forgives'.
