Dolan FXE 58cm aluminium frame only (no fork). With seat tube collar. Will take full mudguards and rear rack.
Used as daily commuter but well looked after.
Details on these frames can be found here: http://www.dolan-bikes.com/dolan-fxe-aluminium-fixie-frameset.html
The geometry is quite aggressive and I now prefer a slightly more relaxed position when commuting.
Note there is some damage to the right chain stay due to chain coming off and becoming jammed. Photos of the damage. This happened at the end of last summer and the frame has been ridden as a commuter since then with no issues but I'm no expert so can't claim it's just cosmetic.

I noticed the extent when stripping it down.

Ha, guess I walked into that. Just read back the post and see how it reads.
Basically, I've not bought any kind of hi fi system in decades and somehow imagined that by now they'd have come up with half decent sounding one piece systems of some kind or another. Admittedly I've not done any real research so was being lazy. Presumably that's not the case then.

Am looking at upgrading my system, as currently all I have is a laptop and a couple of budget/ reasonably OK sounding speakers. Looking at mini systems in the Denon range (and others). Budget up to around £500. Ideally would like CD and wireless and possibly DAB. I have no knowledge of what speakers would work with a mini system. Any recommendations on what gives best value (would consider 2nd hand)?

I have a lambskin leather jacket - any experts on leather able to advise on the best cleaning and conditioning products/methods?
It's this one:

The drift into the ASL is a typical passive aggressive London driver manoeuvre. When the Evening Standard reported the police were considering fining motorists for it suddenly there were no drivers drifting into ASLs for about a week. Likewise when the police set themselves up at junctions suddenly motorists are capable of hanging back behind the line. It's one of those things like drifting left or right to cut off space for filtering. It's not major road rage, but just the little acts of selfishness that make riding in London so tedious.

I changed my izumi track chain about five months ago and according to my chain wear tool it is now needing replacement. Seems very short lifespan for a chain, used on a commuter but not everyday and not huge distances- about 10 miles a day. Cog and chainring don't appear visibly warn. These are all 1\8 track components. After how many miles would you expect to change a track chain/cog/chainring?

Just bought an Edge 25. Having managed somehow to sync a couple of courses from my mobile via bluetooth to the device, I now can't sync any more either via Garmin Connect or via bluetooth. I used internet explorer and downloaded the latest communicator plugin and have garmin express.
The bluetooth is working as it's picking up my missed calls.
Completely new to all this so maybe there is something others have worked out that works?
Riding across a junction at which I had green and a cyclist decides to cross my path riding across the pedestrian crossing - he was still quite far ahead so not bothered. But then a sheep like pedestrian also wonders out into the middle of the road looking nowhere in particular and I shout 'look out'. Cyclist shouts 'you jumped the lights mate'. Er, no I didn't - it was green for me and you just rode across a pedestrian crossing.
