Avoid GK slicks.
Yep, my experience hasn't been great. Running them tubed and had a few punctures from pretty small objects. Whether they would seal with sealant inside not sure. Seem to be getting cut up quite easily too. Lots of tiny road debris embedded.
Had much better experience with GK SKs, though (again with tubes).

Been getting knee pain for a while. Doesn't feel like typical knee pain - it's not a joint pain etc - it feels more like a cut or graze on the skin, but it's internal. Never had this before, it's not really painful and doesn't stop me riding, but feels odd. Feel like I've damaged it probably a few months ago and it's just not healed properly. Anyone had this before?

Yes, a follow Hoffmans method. I've got a few different types of beans from the same roaster. Trying 2 so far (washed Costa Rica and a Brazilian) but same issue with both. It's weird the brew times are so close I'd expect maybe a minute or so difference with those grind settings. Will try a new filter in the Britta and see what happens.

Was getting weak, hollow tasting coffee so did 2 v60 brews at very different grind settings (one quite coarse "Filter" the other "Mocca" on my Wilfa Svart). Mocca took 4 mins and the coarse only took slightly less at 3:45. Taste was about the same. Can't work out what's wrong. Also, the coffee just looks pale and a bit stale when brewing. Beans were roasted about 1 month ago. Has anyone else had the same experience?

I suspect a lot people don't think before climbing in their car and driving to the park. Then when they get there they realise 1000s of people have had the same idea and the park and the surrounding roads have been turn into a car park ruining the experience for everyone and causing pollution and congestion. Which is why the royal parks and the surrounding authorities need to manage the situation much more and communicate with motorists about maybe not just driving whenever and wherever they want but they don't seem to be doing enough.

Any tips for using squirt in the winter/ wet weather? I'm getting rust developing on chain and sprockets after any ride in slightly wet conditions. Is it just a chase of fully drying chain and sprockets and reapplying after every ride in winter?
I've some of the low temp stuff on order as the standard one seems to not cope with close to 0 temperatures.

Looking for an tough analogue quartz watch on the smaller side with decent WR, solar, atomic time keeping. Thinking field watch by Casio or Citizen etc (kind of like the one a few posts up^) but can't find what I'm looking for. Basically, I'd like an analogue version of this:

Any recommendations?

Cheers, that makes sense. Blimey that ratio is well outside my usual range. Will give it a try.
