i'd look for a used one on here if i were you, otherwise i expect individual factory built 650 wheels are fairly uncommon.

if you wanted a new wheel then a handbuilt wheel might be the best bet - you can still get mavic open pro rims in 650c for example.

Eurosport showed the 2013 course just after lunch today and they interviewed Cavendish. Then Cav was given the mic briefly to interview Wiggins. Wiggins asked in jest "what do you think about Armstrong?" and said something about stopping talking about it. Wiggins then followed it up with "It can be summed up in one word – naive".

The Cav interview, along with the proper Wiggins interview (that followed) are both on the Eurosport site right now. The worrying little interlude above isn't.

What the hell does Wiggins mean? Do Sky operate on a not-caught-not-cheating basis too? Are we naive to think otherwise?

maybe he just means that we were naive to think that armstrong won all those titles clean when it was pretty much common knowledge that doping was rife.

Rear wheel Mavic CXP22 laced to Miche primato single fixed. No wear to the braking surface. Slightly gritty on the drive side bearings but other than that ok. Was going to use as a winter wheel but got something else. £20.
