try blurb.com, not that cheap. alternatively print it yourself, create the layout with in design and get it bound. i paid less than £50 for a a4 bind with titles on the book.

Yeah, i'm running mine with an adaptor. It sits quite nicely! That one for sale is much better nick than mine.. One of the bolts is rounded unfortunately, but I guess that is why it was free!
