I believe Weinmann did make a boss mount version but they are very rare.I saw some on eBay from a seller in Israel a while back. If you Google rene herse bikes there are some showing Weinmann as well as mafacs.

The number is partially obscured by the cable tunnels but reads MP 76 7 . Looks like it's from 76.

140mm is right I have a galaxy tandem with a suzue hub and screw on freewheel.

The rear dropouts have been heavily modded and it has a track fork but a champion mondial by the looks of it

The difficulty here is there are opposing lines of thinking for non cyclists to deal with - one a bike should perceived as a motor vehicle ie on a ferry whereas it should also be treated as a wheelchair , pram , pushchair or buggy in an indoors situation.
