Hello chaps, myself and my housemate are currently in the process of looking for a new housemate (preferably of the male sorts to keep the balence).
Its a single room in bright sunny Stoke Newington, sharing with two girls, myself bike, tea and cake and climbing obesessed, and t'other being work, cleaning and climbing obsessed (I'm working on the bike part). Rent is £380 inc water per month then bills are split three ways.
If your interested then drop me a PM and I will get back to you asap.

So here is my first fixed gear project finished. Originally intended to build something a bit less shiny, but got a bit carried away (damn my creative background!). All thats left to do is learn how to ride fixed...cripes!

Not as bad as being drenched, but does anyone know a really breathable waterproof?[/QUOTE]
Thats the trouble with goretex, the soft shells allow you to breathe better, so less condensation, but arent so good for downpours, a hard shell such as a pro shell are the best alround for breathability and waterproofness (a hydrostatic head of at least 23,000). Although it has been said that e-vent is superior in breathability over goretex....Oh dear, it feels like Im at work still...

So this is my first attempt at building a fixed gear bike, just waiting on a few bits & bobs to turn up, then will need to beg/borrow/steal some tools & will then hopefully have a working bike...fingers crossed.
Myself and some none wheeled chums are heading to St James's park on Saturday the 15th May for some picnicing and drinking celebrations (weather permitting). There has been some debate about who is better Pirate or Ninjas, we have decided to settle this by commencing a park wars day (in your outfit of choice). The actual wars have not been fully decided on, but water balloons were suggested...
Starting at maybe around 3/4pm, bring some booze and snacks and let battle commence!!!
