In the real world, do you think that (with a Fagh as a main lock round rear wheel, frame and post) an OnGuard Bulldog Mini to lock the front wheel would be more / less effective than a cable extension through the front wheel, plus the Virtual Village alarm on the chainring? Swings and roundabouts, I guess - two D locks is arguably a better deterrent to wheel theft as the extenders tend to be made of Edam, but the alarm seems more likely to stop the whole thing being nicked...
(by the way, I've got an S-A front brake hub, so I don't think that you can get locking nuts for it...)

(UPDATED)
I'm looking for some bits to finish off a bamboo bike I'm building, all in neat condition please...
Stronglight cranks - ring size unimportant because I'm yet to get a sprocket.
Bar end plug, just the one because I'm using a bar end lever
I'm in Oxford so I'll need them to be posted.
Thanks!

I'll let you know about the stamp and lever markings when they arrive; those are just the ebay photos (I'm probably jumping the gun). I didn't know they date stamp components, so with luck that and the VeloBase site should solve my minor mystery. Thank you all :)
Edit: A quick look at VB makes me think that they're perhaps HC-110 or HB-6110 with the decal gone; it's hard to see from the photos whether or not they have the distinguishing lip on the edge of the flange.

Sweet deals, to be sure, but I've got an awkward shaped frame and I can't get a chainline less than 52mm in the front. So it's either a case of getting an expensive off-road fixed gear hub, or get a normal cup-and-cone hub, move the whole hub along the axle and dish the wheel the wrong way. Not ideal, but it works fine for the time being. But I can't do that with a sealed bearing hub like all those are, because (AFAIK), their axles are like this: http://sheldonbrown.com/harris/images/hua07.jpg
So the need still stands :)
Thanks for the link anyway, because I may be rebuilding my front wheel anyway and there are some great deals on there. -

Ah, never mind. If anyone wants it, I'm selling it in another thread.
