long story, but essentially was towing another bike beside the one i was riding, handlebars got snagged and i came down on the ankle with a pretty huge impact. it didn't twist, but i can still feel it all the way up through my pelvis.

i tried the hex key yesterday and it fits! now to decide whether to change the saddles or not...

possibly sustained an ankle injury today... it may be okay but will know more tomorrow... :(
