On another note, my cousin has been ill for about 5 years now, possibly with ME but still not fully diagnosed as doctors are confused by other symptoms that are present or summat.
anyway i think the story is a year or 2 ago russell was doing a show that she had tickets to, but she fell very ill and had to miss it. as it happened he was in york a few weeks later so they got tickets for that, she wrote to him saying something like missed you last time really looking forward to catching you this time (she's a bit of a geek) possibly asking for a signed photo? well low and behold russel replies to her, includes requested photo, also invites her to come back stage after the show she was attending so she could get to meet him.
So he may well come accross as an annoying prick to some but i bet there aren't many celebs that would go out of there way to do a good deed like that, least of all comics.
there was also that time he helped a lady who'd fallen over, (though it was a shitty GMTV nonsence shit article on how people no longer stop and help each other) he was the only one who helped,

indeed, rather then follow out own route we thought we'd follow this one as its already expertly mapped out.
http://www.donaldhirsch.com/dieppeparis.html
there is a campsite 30 miles outside Paris, and i can't find it now on the forum,
the plan would be, depart Brighton about 1am, get the early ferry, have a kip and cycle the whole day down to the campsite. (though could just rough it)
next day cycle 30miles into Paris. get in hostel and spend a day cycling Paris seeing the sites, back to hostel to shower and have a night out.
next day spend most of day in Paris recovering from hangover with baguettes, Croissants and Camembert. before leving about 5 to return to same campsite.
next day cycle all the way back for evening ferry to newhaven and then home getting in in the wee hours.

ello. what do you mean by this? (i'm a noob to tattoos)
Your body sheds skin at different rates. Tattoos are essentially placed about halfway through your dermis, I believer there are something around 17 layers and a good tattoo hits halfway. Further down and it would be difficult to see (and probably open up pain/health complications), higher up it would slough off.
Places where your body replaces skin at higher rates such as the soles of your feet, palms of your hand, elbows etc will mean that the tattoo will have less to 'adhere' to and ink goes a-wandering. This isn't exactly medically or scientifically accurate but in two paragraphs that is why tattooing these areas won't really give you one for the ages. Even knuckle tattoos tend to fade and look shitty after a while.
what he said, its cos its a ''high traffic area'' as it where, skin wheres away quicker making the tatoo blotchy or missing etc etc

The next one I'm going to have -

thats gonna fall out pretty quickly and end up looking liek you put your hand in some ink
yes palm tattoo's do last but on a point where there is so much contact it will just fall out. maybe not right away but it will only look good for a short time,
the center of the palm maybe, but that part, if you ride your bike as much as having a tattoo of a bike thing suggests then its not gonna be pretty.

That's what's wrong with it - on a bike with such nice bits and pieces i would like to see something posher than an OE taiwanese offering, thats all.
agree to disagree, i'm all for nice parts where needed, but a seatpost is just a stick to hold a seat where you need it, so long as its not heaver then norm then its ok in my eyes,
i've never ever looked at a biek and gone, ''whould be nice, except for that seatpost'' you might as well complaine that the seat post bolt is the wrong colour, its not important in my eyes

i just picked this up for £40

as i needed a tourer, it needs some work but here's the plan
This is my current ride, not the best picture and its changed slighty since, i hate that white chain

it started out like this

I'm gonna build the tourer up to match the single speed so i have two bikes near identical, different geometry and things but near identical colour set ups as i'm an arse and i think that would be Rad,

why do you need a track wheel, any wheel will do
