Hi Dudes,
Offers welcome, will respect dibs, pick up at Bethnal Green tube, or will post at your cost.
First up is a pair of Shimano Ultegra cranks. Rings are perfect, non drive side is perfect. Drive side has a bit of trouser-leg wear on it. Hollowtech 1 axle. £20. Picture here; https://www.flickr.com/photos/83607571@N08/14371558697/in/photostream/
Shimano Dura Ace Brakes. Really good condition. Original Dura Ace stamped pads with loads of life left in them. Only 1 rubber ring is missing from the hardware. £45. Picture here; https://www.flickr.com/photos/83607571@N08/14578081693/in/photostream/
Cinelli 101 stem. I think these are pretty rare like. very good condition. 120mm length. Unfortunately missing Cinelli badge and plastic cap at the back, hence just £20. You can get these after market though. Hi there,
I'm after a dirt cheap 27" front wheel and tyre to get a bike rolling again. Happy to pay for it/ donate to the forum if free and ride to collect from within London. If I was being picky, I would ideally want a silver rim on silver small flange hub with gum wall tyre! Obviously any help is very welcome.
Cheers

I am looking to try and set a friend up with a bike and she needs either a 49 or 50cm frame.
The budget is roughly £100 for a frame or £250 for a bike, but I would appreciate seeing whatever you have got!
Weight is a factor and her colour of choice is cream, but lets not get too bogged down in all that!
Based in London but will pay postage for the right frame/bike.

@Fly, wouldn't there be some sort of performance bonus clauses in Pardew's contract so they could extricate themselves if there isn't improvement season on season.
I should say I don't mind Pardew as a manager, think he's fighting a lost cause with the management and owner at Newcastle, and it would seem the players. Any reason why he's not playing Ben Arfa behind a striker and letting him do his thing, rather than trying to get him to track back and defend on the wing?I'm not too sure about a clause. You would assume that Ashley, as a pretty successful businessman, would have put something in there. Not seeing too many options out there really. Who would come to Newcastle that was any better? To be honest, even more exciting would do!
On the Ben Arfa front. Worryingly, he was spotted leaving Newcastle airport prior to the game at the weekend. Official line is that he is injured. In reality, he has been shocking recently. Unfit and unwilling. I reckon he and Pardew have fallen out, and he is ergo as good as gone in the summer. If that is the case, the board won't be happy. Until this drastic dip in form, they might have been sitting on some profit in him. Now they will be lucky to get anything.

Moyes at Newcastle might be an interesting move.
Fly is Pardew going to return next season or will Ashley opt for a cheaper option?
Corny, unfortunately i'm not sure if there is a cheaper option as getting a new manager in necessitates paying Pardew out of the remainder of his cushy 7 year contract.
We've had 5 defeats in a row (a club record in the prem era), were ousted from both cups nice and early without much of a fight and are slumping to an embarrassing league position if you consider that Stoke were 12 points behind us 6 weeks ago.
There is a lot of negative vibes between club and fans at the moment, but this doesn't seem to be translating into action. This may be because the media are concentrating on bigger stories at the moment. I would've thought they would have been having a field day in Newcastle at the moment, what with the terrible form and Pardew's brawling...

This news has been breaking today;
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-28358968
John Alder was known as 'the undertaker' because of his consistent use of the same suit and trench coat. He went to every single Newcastle and Newcastle reserves game, home and away, even if away was pre-season in New Zealand. Unfortunately John and Liam were on MH-17 and were killed.
