So I currently have a few google home(s) of various shapes and sizes around the house. Also a few smart bulbs.
What I'd really like however is some sensors that set the lights to go on. Not knowing anything about this can I just buy a sensor or will I need a hub?
Just for simple things such as coming home and lights going on. Also one on the gate so we know when its been opened.
These are the bulbs I currently have;

Day 2 of the century of bastard burpees - done 3 sets of 20 with pushups & 1min rest in between then went back to sets of 10 with 30secs rest, be interesting to see if I can progress to 5 X 20 with a minute or whatever inbetween before wild fatigue from daily sets in & knocks me back...
Following this too - 100 burpees at least each day and throwing in some additional exercises around them.

@hippy I like the idea of tracking each week what I'm doing though.

I've started moving around the house to work. Week 2 of being sat up the kitchen table is taking its toll.
So most of this morning has been spent standing up in the kitchen using my laptop.
I'm also politely declining a lot more calls since everyone wants to talk.
Oh and on the internet stuff - they came to fix it again yesterday but it's still broken.
So EE have sent another router. Great.

I enjoy strava for the fact it seems a lot more social than other platforms.
While I enjoy garmin connect its nowhere near as user friendly as Strava.
