The distribution and marketing is pants. The pedals are eally great though.

Really big engagement area which makes them feel stiff as hell when you are pulling the cranks. but the free-float makes you feel unclipped when cruising. Very strange, but very good. Very nice for a do-it-all bike, as they fit a good range of uses.

Clipping in/out is quick enough and easy for riding around town.
They (apparantly, havent tried yet) work well off road.
The connection area is big, so no hot spots on long road rides.
The cleat fit MTN shoes so you can walk, some (mine sticks out, but I have them on some touring shoes).
The free-float means you can do al the above while being kind to your knees.

My knees are fine, but I often pick small joint injuries in rugby. The hope is these pedals will reduce the amount I aggravate these niggles.

People love em or loath em it seems. My right knee is slowly getting shot with 'early onset arthritis' (x-ray report) so I will give bebops a go and dump my spd's next year.

I paid £70 for my used boxed Kaiser with sd card, tombtomb v 7.9, 8.5 maps and then stuck on latest rom and it is been very good on the whole but if you do too much it freezes and the satnav eats the battery. Also when using the internet I cant work out how to use wifi and not my phone provider. Opera mobile does not seem fussy which it uses so I have switched off internet for now.

Going to buy an AquaBox to put it on my bike and m'bike in the winter.

still a bit buggy it seems.

1. Known issue, the phone does have a lot of delay before it responds, there have been a few posts on speeding things up, scattered here and there throughout the forums, it affects most non-native android builds, not just kaiser, and although faster now, is still a bit slow at times, see point 3, speeding up the whole system can help a little.
   

You don't 'need' an external SD card to try and Android phone.

I was thinking of dual boot, you can run Android from within WinMo, right? If I flash Android it wont work with tomtom I think and google maps is online right?
