used it for 40ish lycra miles (no jeans) and taken it off as it wasn't for me despite it being so damn badass, it says "racing team" on it for goodness sake! that shows all the nodders your a freakin pro!

make sure you don't cut out carbs completely, it will make you feel really shit, replace bread and pasta with rice, you'll maintain your energy and rice is also an anti-inflammatory so you won't be messing your stomach around
