And you might want to replace your atitude, given that you posted a thread in the wrong part of the forum, didn't give us any information about the bike or how you intend to use it and have now started insulting people who bothered responding.

I think you might have been had anyway, AFAIK Claud was a successful club rider but I don't think he ever worked as a courier.
I thank the people who responded with useful information . But theres no need for useless information like replace the whole bike . I apologised for posting in wrong place ! Easy mistake to make.
BSA made good guns in the war but that did not mean they could not make good motorbikes afterwards.

What i wanted to know was has any one got one any problems arisen with it or anything that could need replacing ? Or if its a good bike all in all.
