Will, the legislation that I mentioned ^ is actually EU wide. So you could resend your invoice, adding on additional interest charges and see if that gets a response.

It basically says that if you're not payed on time you have the right to charge a small account keeping fee (from $40 - £100) plus interest of 8.5%.
