How it works
The Cycle Challenge is a competition to see which team can cycle the most miles in a month. Teams that come top win great prizes.

You'll get points for the miles you cycle with extra points for your first miles.

0 – 10 miles = 5 points
11 -20 miles = 2 points
20 + miles = 1 point

So yes, lots of rides under 10 miles will earn points fastest. We need some curryers.

I'm sure it's up to 10 miles overall you get 5 points then 2 and 1 per mile.

In. I'm doing 18 miles most weekdays and 40-50 at the weekend at the moment.

I stayed here when i went http://www.asiacenter.or.jp/eng/ worked about just over £300 for the week. Good location, inbetween Roppongi and Aoyama. Shibuya was two stops away if I remember rightly.

As for bike security, it was pretty relaxed when I went in 2008

Went to a screening of this last year. Very well made with some footage i'd not seen before. Rochdale even gets a mention, further bolstering its H.O.U.S.E. credibility.

I'm 6'1 and my old bike was a 58 fuji track, it fitted fine but felt perhaps a little too big (I'm long in the body!).

I now have a 56 track comp and it feels better

I'm 6'2 and I ride a 56. Fits me fine.

+1 Phil's a lovely bloke, was round his house in the week and he's on about building a single speed mountain bike.

I don't know much about Quarion tbh, I'll mention it to Prosumer later.

East Village does have a fairly high wally count but Stu does get some great guests, I don't go down much either these days but fair play to him.

Hey, just got into fixed gear riding with a Fuji track. Has anyone tried putting 25.4mm bars on using the original stem without a shim? Looks like there's still a fair bit of space left to screw down on my 26mm bars.

I use Nitto B123s without a shim. Fit fine.

You can put keyboards in the dishwasher to clean them.

+1 on the Sean P comp esp that Normalizo tune. Claremont 56 is a great label, I know Paul Murphy and he's a lovely fella and works hard putting out some great music.

Barnet's not that bad. If you're that worried park it by the tube station where it's more busy and lit up. It's pretty barron around the stadium but you'd probably be abel to wheel it up to your seat if you're that worried!
