I have measured the frame myself it is

CTT Seat Tube 20.5" - 52.07cm
CTC Top Tube 21.0" - 53.34cm

Something I forgot to say aswell is that there is a rattle from something inside the top tube. The guy I bought the frame off said it was to show it was a handbuilt frame! but I have done some research and it most probabaly loose flux/swarf which is nothing to worry about! I read about it in this thread here…

selling as my car has failed it's mot I was planning to keep and eventually use on the track.

Just looked and Wiki says Raleigh-Panasonic Team existed for 1984 + 1985 so the milking was a long drawn out affair.
