I'm going to be cycling back to my parents place in a month's time, looking for a bit of route advice as I'm not familiar with north of London much. I want to go via Milton Keynes direction as it seems to make the most sense rather than Banbury/Leamington.

Will be on a geared road bike, looking to avoid main roads, will have a garmin so directions should not be an issue.

Once I'm into the lanes north of Milton Keynes I'm fine, Just need a bit of advice on getting out of london around watford etc. This is preliminary route:

My Arc 22 wheelset came in from superstar, It's a good looking set of wheels, glossy black hubs with glossy black rims and subtle details. Weight was spot on as claimed on the website.

Only issue is there's a pressure limit of 80psi written on the rims, that wasn't mentioned on the site at all before buying. This won't be an issue for me as I'm a light rider and will be running wide tyres, but I could imagine it might be a problem for some

Yes you can get the rims through a mavic dealer, but it's not cheap
