The route back to mine goes through Stoneleigh, down the outskirts of Cubbington and through Lillington into Leam.

Just (genuinely) interested to know how it worsens performance. Is it the rotational mass of it or something? I've not actually seen one in the flesh so I haven't got a clue.

Sadly, I have a deep dark desire to try one out, but that would be overridden by my stronger desire not to put anything on my bike that would make it worse (if that makes sense). Please help kill my secret repressed hipster lust!

Use it as a target for loosing some. I'm going to reward myself with some nice new rims or a new frame after I've lost more. 10 mile hilly commute fixed is helping at the moment!

Yeah, was good fun :) I made it back to Leam in 25 mins which I thought wasn't too bad.

Definitely a good path to go for a cruise along. I think it's one to get to the end and plot a route back from Berkswell. Could be a nice ride!
