I recently was given an old womens "pannonia?" bike i personally have never heard of it, however i know little about bikes, and wondered is anyone knows anything about it? It was made up of odd bits it seemed and was wondering if anyone recognised what any of the bits were?

The rear wheel is a sturmey archer wheel i think its internally geared? but it had no gear levers on the bike so not sure
