A beautiful Raleigh Chiltern Dutch Style Bike built in 90's.

An Excellent city bike, smooth to ride.

Very good condition, well maintained, small chip on top tube, can be seen in photographs below. Minimal pitting on bars, serviced on 05/10/09.

Could be Campagnolo dropouts, but can also be something else.
Hard to tell if no detailed pics are available.

But does it matter? What is the added value of having Campag dropouts, except the emotional (?) value ?
Tecnociclo, Shimano, SUntour, Gipiemme, Vitus, Silva or any other dropout is nothing worse than Campagnolo.
Just be careful if the dropouts are stamped sheel metal instead of forged steel.
Usually that means that the rest of f&f are not very good, no need to talk about the components.

You better check if the frame has horizontal or (semi) vertical dropouts, track forkends, long or short dropouts, with or without eyelets, etc. That makes more sense than the name in it.

By the way (tip free of charge): the pedals on the displayed bike have a reasonable value for collectors (if I see it correctly, Lyotard "Marcel Berthet").

Thinking about giving it a go anyway, £50 & £20 courier wouldnt be awful, even if it is a bad frame.
