Reduced £190 ono
Rather special wheels heliums for clinchers and campagnolo 8 speed only.Very fancy and light for the time.
front is minty, i was told it was unused when i bought it, i have never used these.i have fitted tyres, tried them on a whole host of frames and never quite felt the colour sat well on any.
I'm selling a few bits i'm not using and 8 speed is being fazed out , rear is minty other than someone (not me, it never is) set the brakes up squiffy and took some of the red anodizing off in a few places, see pics.
I know a tubular set just sold on here and needed to be reduced , i thought these may be easier to live with.pick up preferred tw 11
£200 ono.. no skewers i'm afraid

SOLD SOLD SOLDTommasini super prestige 55cm, lovely chrome seat stays and chain stays, chrome air fork (some pitting under crown).tiny ding in the down tube you can't see it because of the paint job ,but you can just feel it, I guess a caliper ding .
Really nice chrome head lugs.beautiful frame in blue fish scale pattern.
BUT there's a paintwork issue.
Not me but it did have a stuck seat post and too much heat was applied to seat tube burning the paint(I know)', again not me.(I have a before pic somewhere)
It was all black and mottled but no tube damage, I had it painted, just the seat tube to match the underlying colour and was going to leave the rest of the original paint and apply down tube decal but now I'm unsure and its a bit small to go to the bother of full repaint.
But you could send it to mario or further away and more expensive and have a cracking tommasini for not a lot.
iT owes me £220 so if you're interested pm me and I'll forward pics, ill try to post pics later.
For obvious reasons this really needs to be seen, I'm in west London , nr Richmond.
£220 if I'm way off pm me.i know this thread needs pics -

Just arrived back today, five of us blokes did the 135km and 3 of our spouses did the 75km.
Poor girls were on the spot when Bruno the Italian chap that passed away fell off his bike in front of them. One of the wives ,Claire gave CPR until the ambulance arrived, but it took a while , about 40 mins and they were unable to save him.
He was only 56 years old, he was the guy wearing the hat with fruit and flowers, from the gentemans club of Trieste. -

I have a steel Merckx with 10 speed centaur and it looks fine. Modern regal saddle, carbon record post or campagnolo aero, I have had different stems and bars, mutant stems work ok,but search for a Merckx panto'd one on eBay.
Open pros look good, so do zondas or neutrons.if you fancy aero Shamals are old but very nice.
Also I built up a steel stelvio pinarello with carbon 11 speed record and it looks great and leaves you with a non too heavy bike.
I think the crucial bit can be saddle and stem/bars. Black or silver brakes look good
Don't sell it ever, they won't be making any more.
