I do feel sorry for this guy, but I think he took it the wrong way.

finally i don't think it's either reasonable nor plausible that everyone should have to moderate their behaviour for fear of offending others based on things that are largely unknown to the public and are private off-forum incidents. That path just leads to too much pc tip-toeing which isn't compatible with a forum which basically says that you're responsible for your content and you can say what the hell you like.
