I've just finished writing a paper which in part looked at Arsenals youth setup. I decided it was essentially de-motivating for british players, as the lack of uk first team players, seems to present a barrier from youth team to full team. I think this is true and im an Arsenal fan, but what I want to say is that in my opinion there simply isnt the depth of consistent quality/value for money in the uk that there is is foreign markets. I would agree steps need to be taken about the way bigger teams can tempt players at an early age, and often end up costing the team that has invested so much time in them.

that unbranded bike has been discussed in the ebay/craigslist section but i'm not going to trawl right now. I think what has been said before, is that for a similar price you could get something of known quality, as the shipping is expensive.
