This feels like a real shame that the theme is making you not want to attend, what should be a fun event with your colleagues.
My thought would be to wear something that you feel comfortable in and will just allow you to go and have fun.
What size are you? I have a Uniqlo Lemaire resort shirt you’re welcome to that could fit the ‘Miami’ brief and just wear it with some suitable trousers

I had this recipe saved for a turkey
https://frugalhausfrau.com/2018/12/08/bon-appetits-dry-rubbed-turkey/Which sounded good and always like it when someone has tested an online recipe and written a more comprehensive guide.

Lots of good advice as always
Keeping up the volume of food, but reducing the calorie density using food choices will help you loads.
This is a great one.
Skyr has gotten a lot of love on here. But the other day I roasted a whole cauliflower - which I then had instead of rice with two meals. I think rice at the same weight would have been 350-400 cals per serving, cauliflower was 60ish -

I’ve made this banana cake recipe a few times now and it’s an absolute winner. I used to just freeze bananas when they went brown and now just rustle up one of these. I only use 80g of sugar as I think that’s sweet enough.
