Can't see the point of installing a freewheel on the cranks, it would just mean that some (all?) of the time only one person would be providing the power.

I'm 5ft2 and can manage the Pino no problems - it's heavy but very stable. And you should be able to get it VAT-free (I could as my son's dyspraxic therefore can't ride a bike on his own yet)

You can test ride the Pino in Dulwich Park, London Recumbents. I'd offer mine but it's set up for a little un and it's a faff putting the front top-tube extension back on.

Loving the Longstaff Tricyle. Is it lurking in a massively long garden in Wandsworth? If it is, then that's like well spooky, cos so is the Pino.

I have one of these. I use it to ferry my 5 year old around - school run etc. Not cheap but cheaper then a car (is how I justified the price).

Sunday/Monday's ride - is ya'll doing it fixed?

I'm looking to tag along on a ride this weekend (need help with learning some route) but riding geared at the moment.

Need about 2 decades more practise before I can manage anything other than the track on a fixed.

Come to Souths! A lot of us girls there, plus it's the most friendliest drinks!
Plus, 2-4-1 burgers!
Speaking of which I'm off for my burger now!

Up to eyeballs with work/childcare Monday night double whammy. In GREAT mood...
