I think you have to be selected, I had gone through their website to see if I could volunteer and there didn't seem to be any way.

You might even get picked for the extra antibody/antigen blood tests although you won't get told those results at all. Of the people on here I'm not sure anyone has been picked for the antibody part.
We have been picked for the antibody test and we're told that we would get the swab tests back via text and the antibody ones back via gp

Our first test was last Thursday, we haven't had the results or voucher yet.
But as we're in the house anyway it's very low effort. _we're both from academic backgrounds so know its difficult and important for people to be part of studies and we would have done it without the voucher.
Plus you can always opt out if you find it too frustrating

As hard as you can maintain for all of them, it won't be dissimilar to ftp (theoretical ftp, rather than the actual power ridden for an hour) I imagine? Average power.
Power is a balance between velocity and force. And in my brain I translate that to how much I have to breathe and how hard I'm pushing. 360w @75/80rpm i could almost hold a conversation at the same watts but at a higher cadence I couldn't. So I train to ride at a higher cadence because that's my limitation. All of this is pseudo science reasoning of course. My brain is funny and I deal with pain by just boxing it up and pushing it away.

I've always quite liked runs of cupboards like this, https://www.instagram.com/p/Bz_UrwoBMfA/?igshid=1x2m9v3ulb9do which you could do along that wall? I think 40k kitchen idea would be a pantry cupboard built in to the press and 60cm from the wall so it lined up with the rest of the countertop with the fridge freezer at the other end.

I'd like to see some photos, the Ikea planner doesn't do it justice!
I think you need a building warrant for something like that, we've just gone through the process of applying to take a wall down and put in an extractor vent. In Edinburgh and in a conservation area. The agent we were assigned was a trainee with, we think with little experience. It would have been less painful to bang my head against the wall until it came down, it was next to impossible to talk to him on the phone, my emails went largely unanswered and unread.
Because so many flats have that same layout you could probably have a look at rightmove and see what other people have done? My parents first flat in Edinburgh was exactly like that!

You haven't got much cupboard space with this.
Is there a reason you are not going all the way round underneath the window? You could relatively easily get/build a half height shelving thing for the bit to the left of the washing machine so the counter would be continuous.Random assorted thoughts -
- Is the wall that the cooker on a chimney breast? Although expensive
you could have a cooker extractor thing in front of the window and
extract air to the outside? - Having a sink > prep > cooker is usually a good thing so if there was a way to get that in, it would be ideal
- You could use some 40cm reduced depth full height cupboards for a portion of the chimney breast if you went all the way round the window which would open up your sitting bit by removing the breakfast bar.
- It might be nice to swap the draining rack to the other side so that you have somewhere above the dishwasher for dirty/clean dishes?

My dad has come round to help trouble shoot and realised that the light next to the port is constantly on even when there is no cable. Searching this has given me a couple of forum questions which basically describe exactly what I've had. It was an amazon warehouse purchase so I'm speculating that it was returned as faulty and sent back out because it looks like nothing is wrong
