Hi,
I have a pretty mint one of thesehttp://www.bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/Raleigh83/ral83_06.jpg
It is a much nicer pink than it seems in the catalouge .Put it in the loft literally yesterday to keep it safe for the winter while I use the garage to rebuild a couple of VW engines
If you seriously interested (I am unbelievably busy at the moment ) I'll get it back out and take some pics.
After about £180 and based near Wembly. -

I'll get some pics up if you are interested.
52cm seat tube 53cm top-tube
after about £50,based near Wembly. -

Hi,
I have one,but it is built into a wheel,700c Mavic Mod e with double butted stainless spokes,I don't want to split and would be after £45 for it.
If it is not too much monies I will post a pic up over the weekend.
Used but still in good nick,It will polish up nicely. It was on my winter bike when Campag stuff was unfashionable and cheap.Based near Wembley if you want to have a look
I may have a NOS pair or even two of track nuts,we used to use them on the Tandem before we upgraded the wheels, heaven knows where I put them for safe keeping, but I'll try and find them as well.Again not cheap at £25,so if it is too much let me know and I'll think of something more useful to do!

Contact the Hetchins register with the frame no.
(Len is a really helpful and knowledgeable guy)http://www.hetchins.org/104.htm
If it is a genuine Hetchins and you will post internationally, list it on E-bay and it will make well into 4 figures

Hi,
All Bates (Horace) with Cantiflex tubing take 26.8 seat posts.
quite common to find them with a damaged seat tube as undersize posts are often fitted and stopped from slipping by over tightening the seat lug.
Terrific bikes to ride, the tubing seems to be one of the 1950's un orthodox designs that actually works ,I love mine.
Good Luck -
Interested in the Rod Brake levers and the Raleigh pump(depending on length) for an old Raleigh "Miss Marple "style bike I am doing up for my sister.
Also in Harrow ,so should be easy to meet up.
I think the last pair of grips I have are going on the Raleigh but i will have a look.
Do you need anything else? -
HLloyds have then, not cheap at £20 plus post but they are brand new genuine ones

Bottom of the PDF list after the transfers.
I have a Severn Valley, absolutely lovely bike to ride and very underrated.
Good luck. -

I have just piked up a bike with a black Thomson Masterpiece lay back post in it,Cut down to 22cm-you will need to leave at least 6cm in the frame,it is too small for any of my frames.Amazingly light and seems to be about £95 on line so £30?
Wembley(UB6) or Mill Hill (NW7) pick-up or I'll post for £2
