You should be able to buy valves and sealent online. You could just run it with an innertube though which would be easiest.

Big difference. You could use that on a clincher rim - not a tubular one though.

Not to my knowledge but it is taking two painkillers instead of one instead of just taking the reccomended safe dose of one.

Oromorph is just an oral form of morphine, they are very unlikely to prescribe it. Tramadol is horrendous, it made me feel like i was going insane.

I'd stick to something like solpadiene and ibuprofen as the relatively low codiene content will limit the side effects and boost the pain killing performance of the paracetemol

But seriously the co-codamol + ibuprofen mix is the best over the counter

I just got tubular zipp 440 front and rear. Novatec rear hub and nuke proof carbon bodied hub on the front.

I just got them and not keen on parting but if you make me the right offer I'd sell them
