i`m after a couple of small bits:
One decent chain tensioner
Black seat clamp (could swap for silver surly one) that goes found the seat tube and not sit on the lip
Black headset spacers that cover 2 cms, so two 1cm ones would be ace
Have some seat posts, pedals and straps could swap or i
ll just buy. London and ill pick up. Tonight (monday) would be great if poss.Cheers.

I got the time ones and they are so much better after a quick pedal than the shimanos were so I seriously doubt getting the other cleats for them would have made as much difference as the times.
You have to wrestle them out a bit to detach and they've definitely added some weight to my bike (I got the alium ones as I'm a pikey) but I'm starting to wonder why I was on the old ones for so long now, stoked.

There are two different types of shimano spd cleat single or multi realease. You need the single.
releaseWhich brings us full circle to my original post.
My three options are: time atacs, crank bros egg beater types or the cleats with the wider bottom bar bit to use on my shimanos.
So my question again, which would give the most locked in grip when slowing down so they don`t pop out at the wrong time?

I want to get some new pedals as my ones keep coming unclipped at the wrong time.
I`m running cheapish shimanos, pd~m520's.
Trying to decide wether to get time atacs or the crank bros eggbeaters with the plastic type shell. Both are about £45 from cycle surgery.
Or should i just get cleats with the wider bar bit at the back for half the price?
Cheers.
Oh, not interested in straps.

highly recommend timbukt2. i did a couple of years on the circuit with it and it's been thrown down on pretty much every london street in anguish, triumph, disgust etc and is still absolutely fine. i have the extra large one and i never had to turn down a job because something couldn't fit
however, my housemate has a pac and it is very, very, very nice

I'll have the brakes.
Only really need the front one if you'd split them?
Do you want a silver long reach new boxed stem for it or £££'s?
I'm in Bow.
