It may be relatively high but that's neither a good nor a bad thing. With training you'll likely run faster at the same HR, but you should only be comparing your HR to your HR, not to anyone else's.
A clubmate who is 15yrs older than me runs a similar pace to me. At our 5k pace his HR sits in the high 180's, mine in the low 170's. We just have a different 'normal' -

Will be 109mm if it came off a CAAD12, yep.
This guy had the same issue and found where to buy the spacers from (ended up being US by the look of it)

Yeah, CAAD12 and recent Synapse are BB30A, which are 5mm wider than BB30.
http://www.cannondale.com/en/International/Innovation/bb30-bb30a.aspx
This seems to back up what you've seen...'Cannondale Hollowgram BB30A cranks will work on both BB30 (68mm BB width) and BB30A (73mm bb width) by changing the non-drive side spacers.'
Give Sigma Sport a call as they're a Cannondale dealer. The workshop were really helpful when sitting there swearing at my frameset didn't fix anything. Swift Cycles are also a Cannondale Dealer (I'm assuming you're in London)
Or this might be promising

@PhilDAS The cranks would be 5mm wider right? CAAD12 is BB30A (73mm) and CAAD7 is BB30, 68mm?
Though I'm not sure where you'd get the spacer. I went through the faff of getting a C Bear bottom bracket to use an Ultegra crankset with the CAAD12.
Shorter spindle? Used to be a 104mm but I'd guess you have 109mm on that. Though whether that'd mess with the chainline. (mostly guessing)

I'm mustering up some outrage for OPs situation. Really.
In the meantime, nice kitchen @benjam, where are the units and worktop from?

An alternative for exactly the same price (after 12% off with a code)
http://www.dell.com/en-uk/shop/desktops-and-all-in-ones/new-alienware-aurora/spd/alienware-aurora-r7-desktop/d00awr707Has a 8700 rather than an 8700k, but has a 1080 rather than a 1060.
Anyway, the Dell's seem to be fairly reasonably priced - not really much of a premium over buying the parts yourself.

Saw it last night. Pretty underwhelmed. Bit too slapstick at first and a few too many ideas that seemed half done. Luke off on Jedi island but just being a dick about things, the casino thing was a bit random. They had a couple of good points to write Leia out as a hero but seem to be keeping the character in without someone to play her (or unconvincing CGI)
And everyone seems to be completely amateur. Both sides making repeatedly poor choices and only surviving because their incompetence is matched by the other side's.^ all sounds pretty negative. It was perfectly fine tbh. Just if it was a new franchise then it'd be getting 3/5 from all the critics instead of 4.5/5.

Curious which one that is now as I'm in Greenwich and occasionally looking (though not in any position to go gazumping). PM the link?
