Those do look nice - but a bit 'Fair weather'! Are they tubeless ready?
I'm looking to put them on my wet weather commuter/ winter trainer - a Bowman Pilgrims with PDW guards - i'm imaging file tread gravel kings will be fairly sturdy.
They'll be replacing some very holey Pro Ones and running tubeless.

Tanwall Tubeless:
I was running Compass Bon Jons - worked fine - had a natural maximum pressure of about 60psi - much more and they would start to leak a bit but then stabilise.
Gravel king SKs in 'Brownwall' have been running tubeless at 60-70 psi comfortably
Both are big fat 35c so fine at these pressures.
Am after some 28c brown wall file tread gravel kings next...

IMO...
2 speed works brilliantly - lower gear for traffic lights, hills (have climbed Swains albeit slowly with stock gears and pedals) and pootling - higher gear for everything else. whizz off the lights in low gear - spin out - flick to high ratio - accelerate to cruising velocity (and then get overtaken...)
I'd recommend stock tyres - I had marathons on for a year and it was a revelation to put the faster, grippier, nicer riding standard tyres on.
Firm block, upgraded roller wheels, saddle upgrade, ergons maybe (but I think stock grips are ok). I use Lezyne midrange lights that stay on the bike.
S type is a lot less flexy than M and a lot lot less flexy than H.
Mudguards are a massive benefit for practical year round use. Front luggage is really handy too - like Corny says - S bag is great. That said you can just hang a rucksack off the bars for casual storage - no risk of anything getting caught in the tiny wheels.

I think the Flask has had a huge boost this year from poor George Michael's death. It has papered over the cracks in the management all Winter and half the Spring - Fullers probably think they've got a star team in place looking at the year on year numbers - might take a while for them to realise the true picture.
Hopefully they will get some better management soon. -
