Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you, but I've had a rather hectic few days. Anyway, just been in the garage for an hour and found a tin of brake lever clips, a tin full of rod brake spares, bottom brackets too numerous to mention but no headset box!!! However, I did find a couple of pairs of 1" forks and one pair had a crown race on in reasonable condition. I've cleaned it up and the bearing surface looks OK. Whether it will fit you headset is altogether another matter, but you are welcome to try it. PM me your snailmail address and I'll stick it in the post tomorrow. If it does the job, then I'll be happy if you make a small donation to the Forum. If it doesn't fit, bin it!!

I've got a box of old headsets in the garage somewhere. I'll try and have a look tomorrow and get back to you. It's just a 1" Crown Race you want, right?

They also have matching fronts for £29.99 and I'm sure I've seen pairs on here for about £60. Not sure how good they are but for £60 you ain't going to get much anyway - unless you can find something secondhand.

Is it the inner cable for the SA trigger that you are after, or outer cable? Are the cable anchorages to use with this cable as well?

Dave Marsh at Universal Cycle Centre in Rotherham has a good stock of Campag spares. He has got rear track axles at £35 each and says he's got other Campag stuff that isn't listed. Might be worth a try.
