Well, with the weather being so good and our little club diminishing, I thought Id start this thread to try and get people out on random rides.

Ive got an incomplete fixed gear bike for sale. It is a Zeus2000 frame and forks. It is about 56/57cm. Donny has professionally removed all braze ons and i have cleaned it up. The paint job is crap. The Bb shell could do with having the threads re tapped. The bike has a set of Halo Aerorage wheels which have recently been installed with new bearings and 130mm axle conversion. Bontrager tyres but no tubes. Bontrager post and road style saddle. Brand new FSA Cranks. Flat chrome bars and an ITM stem. Also has a chain fitted. Pretty much a complete fixie. I want £160 for it. Will consider breaking it down for parts if the price is right. Need a quick sale due to holiday.

Hahahaha. I love my Dolan and as soon as i got used to the stiffness of the ride i was in shear bliss. Glad ya getting on with it well dude, and it was good, be it brief, to see ya tother day.

Thats cool. I bought a complete KHE Astern wheel off eBay for £37. Got instanly hooked. Had bearing issues a month after using it solidly so stripped it out and thought it was awesome inside. My mate had a couple of broken coasters (a Federal and a Reverse) so i took them off his hands and started a project!

I paint stripped and polished the KHE Reverse hubshell and got a mate from work to laithe the inside of the axle down slightly replace the alloy spacer behind te clutch with a thrust bearing mod. This allows for crank flips whilst rolling in fakie, with a much lower chance of engaging the clutch into the hub. I also swapped the anodised blue collar spacer from the Astern.

Looks great. Just need a rim to build it all up now. Will post a picture soon.

I have been riding a freecoaster on the BMX, off and on now for a while. I have since made a thrust bearing modification.
