Ok, a bit late notice I know, but hey got the morning off work. Gonna go for a countryside ride. Doesn't matter if nobody can get the time off work to come. I'm more than happy to go solo. Thinking Beccles and back. About 45 miles. Anybody gonna come for a rip?

4 x Bike Frames

Do you know what colours the bike frames need doing? I could probably get you a better deal if 2 or more are going to be the same colour.

The way things are going we'll probably need two weeks to complete, unfortunately all our regular runners come first but i'll try push them through!!

Ok guys. Change of plan this week. Too many times have we goune for a distance ride. On this Friday coming we should all hook up and have an innercity doss about. Tricks, racing cars, hitting carparks, races,finding spots etc... General irresponsibility required. No lycra. No seriousness, just pure fun. Instead of taking it to the pub, we should all stock up with cans and hit the shit. Who's coming?

We generally have a reglar ride every Friday night. Meetings take place at The Forum (Library), Millenium Plain, Norwich from 7.00pm them we head of for a 20+ mile jaunt followed by beer and general pissing about.

Should see that SR post. Sanded most of the pitted bits and marks off and then polished it to a high shine. Could almost be new! Will post pics!

Lol. What we doing next week. I may just dick about in town. Can't be arsed to do a long stint. The following week we shall do some serious mileage though! Cool?
