More stuff:

Stronglight Track 2000 Crankset (including 44T chainring)
£35
Wheels from a Langster steel, including 16t fixed sprocket and 16t Shimano freewheel. Internet says they're Alex Race 32, aluminium, sleeve joint, CNC machined sidewalls with Specialized track hubs
£50
Cinelli Vai Bianca Stem
90mm, 6 degree rise
£10
Shimano 105 caliper brake (front only)
£15
FSA SLK Carbon Seatpost
£25
Cane Creek 200TT lever
I have both levers but am missing the wedge for one, so it's un-fittable as it stands.
If you can find a spare wedge or fashion a DIY one then the lever itself is fine, otherwise consider this as one fully working lever and some spare parts.
£10
Cinelli Lola Bullhorn bars
31.8mm clamp, 38cm wide
£28My mate at work is after your brake and lever set up as well Colin. Do you want to let me know when you are about next and we can sort that and the stem out...
Nice one. M

Not sure whether I will be doing the full thing or cheating and starting from Norwich this year. It will probably depend on the weather.
I will also be riding back to Norwich. The correct route this year.
The cheating method: Leave Norwich at 1am, ride 37 miles down the A140 until you see the trail of lights crossing the road, join the rest of the riders for 38 miles to Dunwich, sit on beach, ride 34 miles back to Norwich.
I am into this Ben. Am well unfit as all of my time has been spent on the BMX lately...
My arms, chest and back are fucking imensely strong, but my legs, stamina and will power is shit compared to last year. Saying that, I died a horrible death last year. Tehhehehehee.
