I’ve just started taking creatine, have people found that the bloat and stomach problems remain, or is it something that your body adjusts to?
3g dose of creapure morning and before bed - I didn’t fancy a more intense loading phase because of potential teething issues like this. Will drop to just morning dose in a week or so.Any advice?

Yeah, I’ve got plenty over shirts and a few pairs of selvedge, and a set of redwings etc. but heavy wool, stiff denim and leather boots just feels a bit fucking boring.
Also, it’s fucking annoying when all my over shirts and stuff come down to my thighs because I need to size up to fit my chest. Which then looks stupid as fuck when it’s under a jacket that’s cut to your waist.

Quite fancy a colourful fleece of some sort.

100% this is what I’m after. But also trying to not dress in all black like I have done forever.
I know muted green/blue/grey isn’t exactly colour explosion but it’s progress.Without sounding stupid, I basically just have to go out shopping and looking don’t I?
Trying to look online seems so endless and tricky. But I’m struggling to even find a start point. -
Might be a weird question, but where the fuck do you start?
I’ve worn the same old shit for years. I’m bored of all my clothes. Everything is bought on sale, second hand or free from friends. Nothing wrong with that. But I’ve got an entirely sporadic and sad wardrobe. I’d like a new jacket to replace my ageing Carhartt Detroit - but it seems like the new ones are a different fit (I much prefer short jackets and the new version is longer IIRC).
Treated myself to some passenger dungarees and realised that before buying them, I haven’t felt excited about a single piece of clothing in years (which is sad because I used to be a lot more interested).
So where to look for inspo?

What technique did you use? Wet filter and preheat with some hot water, discard, fill to desired weight of water, then coffee in, stir to combine (but aim for as little agitation as possible), 2 minute steep, gentle shake to settle grounds and then drain.
This has always given me really nice cups. And if the cup is a bit light, grind finer. It’s my favourite brewer by far, just wish I could get a glass one!
An absolute bargain at £75 for someone.
Bombproof is the word. Mine have taken an unreasonable amount of abuse.
