I have to admit I have had this on eBay but it’s getting on my fucking nerves only getting silly offers. Will relist on there if no one wants it here.
I’m looking for SOLD
Rare to have a totally complete set in this condition, even got the seat binder bolt!
Complete groupset in great condition comprised of :
GA-200 Dura Ace 1st Gen Chainset with drilled chainrings 170mm crank arms. 52/42 chain rings
GB-100 Dura Ace 1st Gen Bottom Bracket with British/ISO threaded cups
UA-100 Dura Ace 1st Gen Headset British Thread
B-210/BA-100 Dura Ace 1st Gen Brakeset with DA brake blocks
EA-100 Dura Ace 1st Gen Front Derailleur
RD-7200 Dura Ace EX Rear Derailleur
HS-731/HS-831 Dura Ace 1st Gen Low Flange Hubs. 36 hole
Dura Ace 1st Gen Quick Release Skewers
Shimano seat post binder bolt
Generally in excellent condition and rare to have a complete groupset of this age in this condition, the group set came off a 1978 Batavus Professional and I believe it was fitted from new. The groupset is showing very little sign of wear and use.
The rear mech cable tensioner is tight, I’m just not keen on forcing it, I’m 100% sure it’ll just need a good soak in WD40.

Yeah I ride with Dulwich (allegedly), cadence have a really great spot for catching at least the Dulwich club run, but a lot of people seem to go through their anyway/seems to be the place to meet. Not sure which came first crystal palace as a meeting spot or cadence and that's why they go. Tends to be the route out for the masses of people doing box hill too. Anyway totally agree location is key, I haven't seen the groups you get at cadence anywhere else but that doesn't mean you couldn't have that. Just so happens it's on the route used by Dulwich. But as you say there's plenty other clubs. Catford actually meet further out in Kent. It is a tricky one.

Cheers man, these are the sort of comments I'm after.
I'm not already in hospitality but it is something I'm quite passionate about. Just not doing anything unless is good I suppose, I'm not about banging out shit just to ride off the popularity of cycling at the moment. I want to make somet that's good and people will use because of that.

Hi All
I'm after a bit of input/help from you all really.
It's looking like my current job may disappear in 2016 and I'm seriously thinking about using it as an oppertunity to do something new (career wise) that is within the cycling world. And thinking seriously about opening a cycle cafe in SE London. Would people have an appetite for another? Would you use it?
I like to get a discussion going, what would you want to see there? What's important to you?
My focus I think would be more on providing top quality food and coffee rather than a bike shop with a cafe on the side, a place to hang an watch racing. Essentially a proper cycle cafe.
I live in the Lewisham area, been looking from Peckham to Greenwich, to Brockley for potential locations.
What do people think?
As I say this is something I am thinking seriously about for a career change so some constructive input would be awesome.
I look forward to hearing from you.

@meridimus reading you're thread, the hubs certainly are vintage and prob about period correct for the frame being 8 speed, as with the rims I have, which are the same hole count as the hubs. You also get an 8 speed cassette with the hubs. Let me know if interested.
-
@meridimus It's for an 8 speed cassette, depends what groupset / rear mech you have.
