This issue has been resolved, the company involved have issued a full re-imbursement. Watched Andre Segre's Io Sono Li yesterday, beautifully shot commentary on a Chinese immigrant's attempted integration into Italian society via a convoluted love story. Won the LUX prize in 2011 and well worth a watch.

shows that a tapered toe box would improve the look of so many NBs. I have a pair of 574s and the bulging toe area makes them look not so nice.

didn't think there was much so scope for confusion but yes, the fake spider ones. éclat stuff in general is pretty nice aesthetically, which surprised me when i saw those munters.

i can back the Gelert Solo. Cycled to the IOM TT twice with guys who brought Solos. Tiny tents but perfect if you solely sleep in your tent or want something to fall and roll into after a few bevs. Should be swerved by those with a fear of coffins or claustrophobia though. The small size means a tiny packsize and really good weight. I sold Gelert gear for a few years and dealt with the reps. They're a small company and their stuff is generally quite good, well designed and comes in at a nice price point.

edit: one of the boys got a local lass back to the field and into his Solo. Did he actually get the shunt? I can only speculate.

I've slept in a Tempest 200 too and they're a nice tent. Even though like Gelert Vango is pretty low end price point in the greater scheme, it's hard to fault their stuff. Except those pop up things. Very easy to get spares for their gear too.
