Agreed on the puncture protection. Sorry, just thought I'd add my thoughts for those who plan on skidding a lot (thought you said a couple of pages back you don't skid that much?). Like I said the grip is good but does get affected after you wear the tyre significantly. My previous experience with other tyres such as gatorskins has been a bit more positive as they seem to wear better. Again, just my feelings on it.

Just thought I'd add my thoughts on the Halo Courier Berlin. I've been using for the past 1 months now and so far no punctures. Grips good but not great. For anyone planning on skidding on them however I would not recommend. The tyre tread wears very quickly and you start to lose grip. It also leaves your tire with a dirty yellow ring all the way round your tyre. Personally I'm back on gatorskins as soon as i'm done with this tyre.

Hey all,
My flat mate is thinking of selling his Dolan Track Champion. He wants about £500 for it. I think that's pretty reasonable yeah? Any interest from people? Have to say, it's a very nice bike and a fast ride. He built it up in October and it's had moderate use over winter.
Wheelset: Mavic CXP22s on Novatec track hubs (front and rear)
Cranks: Miche Primato -

Not wanting to disrupt Hippy's sales patter, but I've a 130 mm old screw type black White Industries hub laced 3x to a 32H Mavic Open Pro rim that I bought recently for a project that isn't going to happen anymore. I paid £120 for it so would want the same.
Pm'd. Sorry hippy, seems a better deal came up.

Anyone have a White Industries Eccentric Hub they fancy selling me? Don't mind if its laced up onto a rim as well.

Warning 2p ahead...
Been riding the Mash for 3 Month now and I have to say:
Nicest frame I have been on ever. For me, its a perfect mix of agressiveness and stiffness.
I had a vintage steel frame before I got the Mash and never got quite used to it.
allways felt like it wasn't "agressive" enough to ride. But I guess its each to his own with this frameset.
Imported it from the US for what came out at 600gbp and am very chuffed for that price (Cinelli asks arround 1000e for it in germany).as I said, just my 2p
I would totally agree. Been riding mine for six months now, again I bought mine in the US for £550. By far the best frame I have ever owned/ride. Yeah, the welds are a bit rough but hey, they're welds. Only close up do you notice and frankly it doesn't worry me that much. Colour scheme I know is not everyone's taste but I love it, plus the odd scratch and dirt don't show up really. No regrets buying mine.

Nice! Im awaiting one of these frames in the post, is that a 650 up front? the frame ive got coming has 700c forks on it (not original), and i thought it made the geometry look a bit strange, so am gonna stick a 650 on it and see if that fixes it, if i manage to get it looking anywhere near that nice ill be happy! good build!
Yeah, its a 650c on the front. Saw you frame go on ebay, the blue one yeah? I got really lucky on my frame, got it for well under hald of what your frame went for, seatpost and seat included. Looking forward to seeing another basso built up though. Are you going to stick gears on or make it fixed? I think your frame is the size down form mine so the geom might be slightly different but not much.

Finally finished building up my Basso SLX Low-Pro. Built it with any winter bargains I could find on the internet. Hopefully can gradually stick some nicer/appropriate parts on as I get the money.

Currently having problems with my low-pro (bottom bracket). If it turns out the bike isn't salvageable I'll sell you my ENO thats laced up to a Mavic Open Pro (all black). Should know in about a week.
