I've had a couple of pm'd questions regarding splitting/mixing wheelsets, tyres, options on the saddle etc.

The near new black edition wheelset can only be sold with the tannus tyres and not with the kevler brompton tyres swapped over to them. The tannus tyres can be removed by E1 Cycles in Whitechapel at a cost, or DIY with a youtube video and stanley knife - 5 minute job, but that would be very wasteful and makes no sense for me. However, they are good tyres if 100% puncture free is what you need, with only a slight increase in rolling resistance - which makes a lot of sense on a lightish folding city bike.

Therefore £650 for both wheelsets or another option can be considered:

£550 with just the original silver wheels and kevler tyres and no brooks saddle.

I'm selling my beautiful 2-speed S-Type Brompton in gloss raw lacquer. Owned from new, it's a 2010 with upgraded brakes, Brompton brooks saddle and also virtually brand new black edition front and rear wheels (cost £160). The black edition wheelset have tannus solid tyres fitted on them with about 30 miles use (cost £100+new). Also included are the original wheels with the standard Kevlar Brompton tyres (pair of tyres about 6 months old) so you have the choice of two wheelsets.

For sale are my Brompton Black Edition Wheelset- front and rear for 2-Speed bike, with Tannus Solid Tyres. These solid tyres were professionally fitted by E1 Cycles on Commercial Street onto a pair of brand new Black Edition front and rear wheels Very limited use since I changed job - done maybe 30 miles around London, so tyres and rims are in excellent condition and near new. Total cost new was approx £280 (wheelset £160, tyres fitted £120) Selling as a complete pair without the rear cogs and looking for:
