I have box of 125 CDs that I want to get rid of collection only from Camberwell, SE5.
There are some classics in here (and a few clangers) if someone can take these of my hands for £70 (open to offers)
Look at the pictures for the CDS you will get, all boxed up and ready to go, collection this week (today) would be appreciated.

I need to get a colour book printed, its A5 size 80pages, want it printed on nice off-white paper, with a coloured cartridge paper cover.
Its a catalogue of this years students university work where I teach and needs to be printed by Tuesday at the latest.
Does anyone doe this? Or could point me in the direction of a small company with a fast turnaround.
Preferably near Camberwell but not essential.

Hope your friend heals up soon, just recovering from broken wrists and an elbow myself, if they want any advice happy to help. Other forum members gave me advice in my recovery and it was really useful.
Do you know what bicycle the guy was riding, i live on Camberwell Road and have seen an idiot riding all over the road, off and on the pavement shouting at people, generally trying to be as big a twunt as possible.
His bicycle was very distinctive!

I have used a company called AVR Sound Systems, who were recommended by London Sound however the repair cost me much more than the amp was worth, I could have picked up a fully working second hand one for 25% of the price. However the amp is sentimental to me and important to be working (probably the reason I'm not wealth or a businessman).
Hope this is of some help

5 1/2 weeks on and i'm out of the splints, and beginning to use both hands properly again, wrists are slightly stiff and sore from a lack of movement, and my elbow is straightening out, I start physio next week.
All I can say is the helmet I broke probably saved me a serious head injury, I will always wear one.

Good news indeed, 3 weeks on, I'm much encouraged by the progress I have made, although one nights sleeping on a broken elbow seems to cause a few days set back! But even now I can almost fully stretch out my arm, and wrist movement is slowly coming back.
I'm amazed at how quickly the body sorts itself out.

I now start physio in a months time a week after I can take my wrist splints off, counting down the days and it's nearly three weeks until then!
I'm starting to go a bit mental, not being able to use both hands fully is really frustrating as an architect! I've joined a gym just so I can put in some miles on an exercise bike, I don't have the wrist strength or pain threshold to get on the turbo (which is probably a sign that I shouldn't!).
As my wrists are in splints I probably have more movement than with casts, and with the physio exercises I have been given for my elbow which exert a fair amount of pain on my wrists (not the elbow), I can't work out if this is doing me any harm. If I forget that my bones are fractured, and move my arm without realising this, my body definitely reminds me of this fact!
With the limited movement people have from casts and splints etc did they still experience pain in these fractures, and when does the pain stop?? How long into the healing process?
Have others had physio to do whilst their joints are broken? Did this hurt? I don't mind the pain as long as it isn't making things worse!
I have been told that I don't need my fractures x-raying again? Is this normal?

Thanks for your thoughts, I have been back to the site of the accident, here are some photos of the road markings, I am fairly convinced that i didn't hit the manhole unless I went flying 50m down the road to where I ended up, but could be wrong.
I do have the contact of a witness so may need her version of events.
Here are some photos of the road markings are they unnecessarily bumpy? I believe the maximum raised height is 5mm?
