Yeah I mean its just really sad, I love all bikes, everything from road bikes to mtbs, to track bikes, to bmxes.

If its on the inner side of your thigh, that would be your vastus medialis. It is quite difficult to build it up, you should be happy. Most peoples outer quads get too big causing problems with patella tracking etc. Making things like running potentially uncomfortable/damaging.

Oh dear. After I started riding fixed about 6 months ago, I pretty much gave up all other forms of strenuous excercise. I looked down at my legs this morning, and saw limp, ladyman thighs with one huge, pulsating blob of muscle above my knee where I resist down hills. Anyone suffering a similar fate here?

whack an m10 or whatever is appropriate through the hole in the washer, screw a bolt with a big head in so it projects just above the crank, then lever it up with a levery type thing trapped between the top of the crank and the bottom of the bolt head..

After a cheap carbon fork with at least 18-19cm of steerer. Preferably araound £40 - maybe wishful thinking, but I saw lots on the fleabay at this sort of price, but they all had too little steerer or were threadless.

think they stop at 14 unless you get funky bmx ones for funky bmx hubs, but i'm probably wrong. AASHTA, probably.
