Repairs - I have used Son of Stag and Denim Doctor.
SoS was handy for 1 pair as I could drop them in (no p&p)
Denim doctor though were great on the last 4 pairs- I sent off 3 pairs of Edwin Sens and a pair of G-Star Raw that I picked up from TK Max for £16 in a way too big size. I asked The Denim Doctor to re size them to
Match a pair of my Edwin’s. All came back after 3 weeks ready for another few years of wear. £109 in total (inc p&p) 3 blown crotch plus a total rebuild -

Fair point, but I don’t live in a zoo. In the time we’ve had him he’s caught and brought home (or caught in the house)
Mice - loads of them
Rats - see above
Birds - only 2 made it back outside
A frog - they scream and it scared the shit out of me
A Magpie chick / fledgling - that one was brutal
A squirrel - that was quite funny as the stupid dog was walking around with it in his mouth wondering what the hell was going on.I live in Sidcup, it’s hardly the Amazon but we seem to have a thriving animal population to keep the cat happy.
He is our 3rd Bengal but his hunting instinct is through the roof vs the other two we’ve had.
We live in an old Victorian with air bricks and gaps / holes everywhere, I let the cat in the basement and loft on purpose to make sure his smell is everywhere. Touch wood the only issues we’ve had are self inflicted (he’s let a live one run off)

I did that trip last week in my W123 230ce (Kent to Fowey)…I now have a mindset of knowing I am slow, so I just take it easy and waft.
TBH over the years I have done the same trip in a M5, Cerbera, 172cup and various other cars. While I may have been quicker in the other cars, traffic is always the deciding factor, not my car. Quickest I did it was leaving Carbis Bay @ 9pm, in the W123 with a boot full and wife, kids and dog(puppy), just over 5 hours and would have been quicker If the M25 was not shut for roadworks
Ours, the enclosure got bent up earlier in the week. We just dropped the netting today, to try and prevent a massive sail.
